A credit card is required and kept on file for all clients.
In order to continue providing the best scheduling options to clients, a 24-hour notice is recommended should you need to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel under a 24-hour notice or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your services will be charged to your card on file prior to your next appointment.
This must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased in the studio that has been opened/slightly used, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of the studio.
